A very enjoyable evening of exercise and mindfulness after work on a Friday. The instructors were friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and managed to keep the session light hearted and informative. I look forward to the next session.


The Taekwondo for Self-Care workshop left me feeling re-energised and calm after a long week. It was a great introduction to Taekwondo and some self-defence techniques. The instructors were very friendly and helpful, on hand to lead you through the process and aid you in grasping the techniques. The session was further enhanced by the mindfulness practice, which ran through the different elements of the session, ensuring focus and connection. Overall I felt I learnt a lot, whilst having fun, getting in a cardio workout and meeting new people. I would definitely recommend it to others!


After the session I felt revived, it had been a long time since I had a proper work out in class and this definitely worked out both body and mind! It was nice to take a step back from the modern world for a second and find myself instead of the constant noise of life.
