Bhavna Mistry - Mindfulness Instructor
Bhavna is a 'Heart Centred Mentor' who teaches meditation, mindfulness practices and other energy body modalities. Bhavna started meditation and mindfulness practice over 30 years ago, and has been guiding meditations since 1994, and through Reiki since 2007 after becoming a Reiki Master. Her practice in martial arts started in 2004 through Tai Chi and Qigong and now teaches some of these tools for integrating the knowledge with other modalities.
Her 'heart-centred' approach is about going to the core of your heart to heal all hidden wounds and uncover your true soul path. This helps you find the place of deep inner peace. Through this you embrace love, compassion and spirit of inner joy in life.
Hannah Xu - Taekwondo Instructor
Hannah is the founder of 360 Kick 4 Mental Health, that provides taekwondo and mindfulness lessons to busy professionals and business owners. Having been a professional accountant and runner her own accountancy firm for the last 5 years, she understands the pressure and lifestyle as a business owner.
Despite the busy life, she has kept her taekwondo practice and weekly fitness routine, which helps her maintain the mental balance and gives her resilience when going through challenges from work and business. She is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo, and a registered British Taekwondo Instructor. She sees launching 360 Kick 4 Mental Health and provides martial arts lessons to help people live a healthier lifestyle is her life's work.
Julie Ly - Taekwondo Instructor
Julie started practicing Taekwondo over 5 years ago and is a 2nd Dan black belt in WT Taekwondo. She is a registered and insured British Taekwondo instructor with a level 2 certificate in coaching Taekwondo.
The martial art has helped her build her confidence, increase not only physical but mental strength and taught her self defense skills. She thrives in helping others develop these benefits and loves to be apart of guiding others in their journey to achieving their desired, individual, goals.
